We are now looking for a Product Quality Assurance Manager to Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB in Finspång. The department is responsible for securing and handling of product quality issues in deliveries of Gas Turbine packages and cores engines manufactured in Finspång, Sweden.

You will act in the role “Product Quality Assurance Manager” and report to the Line manager of Product Quality Assurance.

The challenge

• To be the management representative for quality control and assurance in the product deliveries, with the authority and responsibility to ensure that the quality control plan is implemented and maintained in the product and facilitate the release procedure of products.
• To be the company representative for quality assurance of assigned products, with the responsibility to report any deviations from the company Quality Management System, to the Company’ Quality Management.
• You will together with the Supplier Quality function, verify the performance of selected supplier through audits and pre-production meetings that the project execution complies with the requirements of this quality plan and the company's procedures.
• Request corrective action of non-conformances and verify performed corrective actions.
• Responsible for verification of the supplied product by inspections and review of test records and responsible for submitting verifying documents to internal Customer.
• You are willing to travel internationally approx. 15 times/year
   

Who are you?

• You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have a result- and quality orientation with focus on customers.
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience with quality control/assurance topics
• You speak/write in English, other language/s is an advantage.
• You have experience from working in project teams, experience in Sub-Project Manager work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Gas turbine product it's an advantage.
• Engineer with Bachelor Degree or Technical upper secondary school with experience, any form of quality training is an advantage.
