In the role as Program Coordinator you will ensure that programs that need coordination in line with the agile work within GLP and other Business Areas and Group Functions Value Streams are supported. You and your team will work closely with CPOs and cross-functional teams and will be setting our ways of working for program coordination.

As a Program Coordinator you will support our continued agile transformation and coordinate the successful execution of a scaled agile value stream that enables our deliveries.

What you need to succeed

Your assignment is to ensure proper coordination and synchronization of larger deliveries that span over multiple teams, external vendors, Value Streams and Business Areas or Group Functions.
Responsibilities include supporting the cross functional teams with coordinating deliveries from the various teams, planning activities that span over several teams and ensure that the delivery plan is synchronized with production releases.

Competence requirements:

  • Able to coordinate IT integration activities and testing across value streams
  • Structured, systematic, interest in details
  • Proven track record in managing large scale or critical business and IT programs
  • Business understanding to be able to coordinate activities and deliveries across Value Streams
  • Strong time, cost and dependency management abilities
  • Master agile way of working principles, SWAP and other relevant processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and scope management
  • Proficient English, spoken and written
  • Academic degree
