Internal Communications Manager i Stockholm

There's a lot going on at Tele2, which means there's a lot going on within the area of communication. As we are moving into the future together with Com Hem, the Communications team will play a crucial role in securing that the integration is successful and that all communication flows well - both externally and internally.  

The Communications & Sustainability organisation is responsible for all communications within Tele2 in Sweden, as well as providing support to and coordinating with Tele2´s six other markets. We are a team of nine, headed by the Executive Vice President, Communications & Sustainability, and we work in close collaboration with all parts of the organisation to ensure consistent, efficient and clear communications. Moreover, the organisation is responsible for setting and executing the company’s global Sustainability strategy.  

We are now looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager.  

Role Description  

As an Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for all Internal communications within Tele2 together with your colleague who also works in an Internal Communications Manager role. Together, you will set the strategy for all internal communications within the company, including tools, content and frequency. You will plan, produce and publish the flow of news in internal channels and ensure that content is updated, relevant and structured. You will work intensely with many different parts of the organization and of course closely with the colleagues in the Communications & Sustainability team.  
 

In this role, we are looking for a structured, well organized person with high ambitions and excellent skills within communications. The role is both strategic, operational, reactive and proactive. We constantly need to take both smart and fast decisions, whilst making sure we stay true to our long-term ambition and strategy. 

Your responsibilities include:  

• Ensure that all of Tele2’s internal and external communication activities are aligned. 

• Manage, drive and continuously develop internal communications via relevant channels (e.g. the digital workplace and all the O365 suite tools). 

• Project lead, plan and produce content to Tele2’s award winning digital workplace “Spotlight”. 

• Oversee all internal communication strategies and plans, calendars and content including business updates, crisis communications and change management messaging. 

• Drive internal communications for larger projects and change processes.  

• Support the Leadership Team with internal communications such as messaging, Q&A’s, presentations etc. 

• Trough communications contribute to Tele2’s employees pride in their employment and the company they are working for.  

• Be responsible for internal communications during crisis and ensure synchronization with external communications. 

Requirements  

We are looking for a person with a broad experience within communications/internal communications in a modern/digital environment working with a range of channels and platforms. We believe you are a great project leader and a people person who thrives when making things happen. Experience from change communication is preferable.  

Formal requirements for the role includes:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish. 

• Experience within the field and passion for communications and creating engagement. 

• Strategic height and ability to always see the big picture.  

• Structured and efficient doer, you are proactive and persistent with great interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent content producing skills – able to write in an engaging way and adapted to target groups and channels - in both English and Swedish.  

• Relevant university degree or equivalent. 

• You have good knowledge within Office365 (OneDrive, SharePoint etc.) 

• Experience of the Adobe Suite is an advantage but not mandatory.
