Strategy Director

The Strategy & Business development team works with strategic focus areas across the group to enable Tele2 to maintain profitable growth over the long term and to explore new business ideas. As a member of this team you will be working closely with the senior management of the company on some of the most challenging and exciting task.
 

As a Strategy Director you work with Executive Vice President Strategy & Business Development and in this exciting role you will drive business growth.

·        You have great interest and understanding of how to drive successful business forward, economically and commercially

·        You have knowledge and large interest about the telecom and entertainment market, such as: customer insight, competitor positions and market trends.

·        You have a holistic view, ability to see larger relevant trends affecting the market dynamics.

·        Competence from similar markets, or domain knowledge within digital or customer experience.
 

You will also lead and drive change.

·        You have experience of driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.

·        You are an informal leader who build trust and generate energy and commitment around own area of responsibility.

·        You can seek input from many perspectives to ensure best solution.
 

Requirements

You need to be creative, analytical and have strong communications skills to feel comfortable in this role

·        University degree or similar relevant education

·        You have the experience to achieve results by using strategic tools, including research and analysis. Relevant background could be as a management consult or equivalent experience.

·        Strong skills in visualizing complex relationships and ideas.

·        You have a creative mindset and have the ability spot emerging trends and find new solutions.

·        You feel comfortable presenting your ideas in both Swedish and English
