Communications Associate i Stockholm

There's a lot going on at Tele2, which means there's a lot going on within the area of Communication. As we are moving into the future together with Com Hem, the Communications team will play a crucial role in securing that the integration is successful and that all communication flows well - both externally and internally.  

The Communications & Sustainability organisation is responsible for all communications within Tele2 in Sweden, as well as providing support to and coordinating with Tele2´s six other markets. We are a team of nine, headed by the Executive Vice President, Communications & Sustainability, and we work in close collaboration with all parts of the organisation to ensure consistent, efficient and clear communications. Moreover, the organisation is responsible for setting and executing the company’s global Sustainability strategy.  

We are now looking for an ambitious and driven communications associate to support our team to be able to deliver even more value and quality in everything we do.  

Role Description  

As a Communications Associate at Tele2 you will have a broad role with many different tasks. You will be involved and participate in a wide range of communications related work within the team. The role will contain operative work with content creation, coordination and project management.  

Your responsibilities include:  

• Coordinate and support communication related tasks within the team.  

• Be involved in producing content to Tele2’s award winning digital workplace “Spotlight”. 

• Support the communications managers in driving both internal and external communications as well as sustainability efforts. 

• Support the Leadership Team with internal communications such as messaging, Q&A’s, presentations etc. 

• Support the internal and external communications during crisis events.  

Requirements

Formal requirements for the role include:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish. 

• Relevant education within communications or corresponding. 

• You have knowledge within the field, and you are passionate about communications, storytelling and creating engaging content. 

• Ability to adapt your messaging to different channels and target groups. 

• You enjoy working both independently and in a team. 

• Ability to create relevant, attractive, and easy-to-understand content. 

• You have good knowledge of the Office365 product suite.  

• Experience of the Adobe Suite is an advantage, but not mandatory.
