Business Analyst to Corporate and Cash Management i Stockholm

About the job

As a Business Analyst you will detail and anchor the backlog items. Quality assurance of delivered functionality will be another of your key priorities. Your goal is to maximize the value of the investment opportunities and to collaborate with the cross functional team to achieve that. You will be part of a Cross Functional Team (CFT) with Software Engineers, Scrum Master and Agile Product Owner located in Stockholm. The team develops and maintains Swedbank's digital interface targeted to Swedish corporate customers.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Define and document business rules and detail requirements
  • Quality assurance
  • Perform Business acceptance testing (documentation, testing, leading/managing/training stakeholders for testing)
  • Ensuring that customer needs and customer value is in focus during development
  • Delivering features with high value to our customers frequently
  • Collaborate and communicate actively with all members in the CFT and with stakeholders about ongoing and planned opportunities

What you need to succeed

We believe that you have a genuine interest in digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means the ability to ask relevant questions to perform business requirements analyses on assigned tasks. Come to conclusions form solutions and anchor them across the organization. You also have to be willing to learn from others to bring extensive domain knowledge to the value stream with deep business and client need insights helping us developing state of the art solutions for our clients as well as sharing your own knowledge and experiences.
You have experience from working Agile and believe that this is the way to successfully develop software in a constantly changing landscape. If you have experience from working with cash management this is an advantage.

The role also requires;

  • Relevant University degree or proven work experience
  • Analytical skill and good problem solving skills
  • Deep knowledge and experience of working agile, Agile methodologies
  • Good understanding of English language, spoken and written
  • Good communication skills, good cooperation skills, creativity, helping others, knowledge sharing, pro-activeness
  • Strong coaching and supporting mind set
