We are Frostbite

What are we looking for?

As an UX Designer at EA and Frostbite, the user-centric mindset is essential, but you also have to understand how the users’ needs are connected to the technical feasibility and the product roadmap. You’re used to working with internal product owners and software engineers to help develop the best possible features for the users. You use a holistic approach spanning from user research, user journeys, flows, workshops, wireframes to agile user testing using best practice user experience principles.

• Academic background within user experience, interaction design, cognitive science or similar
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience utilizing the whole UX toolkit
• Intermediate-level proficiency with design, mock-up or prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Omnigraffle, Adobe XD, etc.
• Highly motivated self-starter, capable of operating with minimal management oversight
• Excellent collaboration skills and a solid team player
• Ability to present your work and the rational behind it to feature stakeholders
• Curiosity in the design of complex software applications
• Interest in the game industry
