A major change in the way games are currently made comes from the ever increasing power of deep learning and modern AI. Our deep learning research team works on the future of animation, game AI, and content creation. We have projects spanning everything from terrain generation, physically based animation, to self-learning agents and automatic avatar creation.

As a Machine Learning Research Director for the deep learning team we hope you agree that gaming is one of the coolest applications for AI, and that you want to help push it to be even cooler. We believe that you’ve been in this research field for many years, have proven experience and also published work, and that we might have seen you on stage at SIGGRAPH or ICML. With SEED you’ll get the opportunity to participate in the decision process behind our research direction, as well as its realization. You’ll drive the thought leadership in understanding what research will give the most value for EA’s products in both the long and medium term.
