Scrum master with skills in Java development i Stockholm

Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change.

The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers and keeping the digital relationship in our channels.

The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. You are helping the team to remove impediments and strive for continuous improvements. As we work with developing its important that the scrum master has a technical background and can help out with coding and development when needed.

The role includes:

• Coaching the team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
• Managing, leading and following up on activities and initiatives within the team
• Coordinating with other teams and Scrum Masters
• Arranging and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
• Continuously improving the way of working
• Ensuring agile methodology adherence
• Working with team building
• Develop/programming when needed
• Ad hoc projects/assignments
