Advisor to Group Strategy i Sundbyberg

Group Strategy has the overall responsibility to support the Swedbank strategic agenda in the bank to reach the "Wanted Position".

We are seeking you who want to be part of forming the future of Swedbank, who thrives and inspires to work with change agendas. As team member of Group Strategy you are making sure that Swedbank is working towards delivering the Group Strategy, expressed as the bank's "Wanted Position", is operating efficiently according to a Group operating and process model as well as supporting and driving strategic initiatives and analyses in focus for the bank.

You are member of a mixed team currently consisting of 4 employees. We are now looking for new employees. The role will include the following tasks:

• Strategic outlook
• Group Wanted Position and related strategic documents, update and align the Group Wanted Position including supporting analysis and documentation e.g. market development, competitor and trend analysis
• Strategic Analyses, support CEO in strategic business analyses including group divestments, investments and future partnerships
• Structural development
• Operating Model, develop and update the Operating Model and related mandates
• Process Model, develop and maintain the process Universe in the bank
  
  

• Work experience, 6-10 years of total work experience whereof 2-3 years as management consultant from a well-established company and 2-3 years with business development preferably in a start up environment
• Strong analytical and strategic competence
• Good planning, prioritising skills and high delivery capability
• Process understanding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience from writing reports and decision material to senior management
  
  

• Specialist-, management- and project management positions across all banking
  
  

Joining the Group Strategy team will be a demanding, but also a very challenging and inspiring assignment. You will work in a team working closely integrated and supporting each other. Cooperation and coordination is key and we always work towards the overall common objective - a consistent execution of the strategy.
