Manager B2B Operations Controlling - Tele2 i Kista

B2B Business Control is a division organized within the Tele2 Finance unit that is responsible to define, report and provide accurate forecasting of Operational and Financial measurements to ensure that the business unit B2B Sweden track versus goal fulfilment. We are now looking for a leader to manage a team of division and sales controllers in the group B2B Operations Controlling.

Role Description:
 

As the Manager of B2B Operations Controlling you will lead the day to day management of a team consisting of sales controllers and division controllers. You and your group will work closely with the rest of the B2B Business Control organization, other Finance functions and the management in the B2B organization. You will be part of the B2B Business control management team and report to Head of B2B Business Control.

Your responsibilities include:
 

• Define necessary operational and financial KPI:s to ensure the organization’s cost side is well managed and that we strive for operational excellence in all processes.
• Ensure that we have accurate sales forecasts and sales rep commission payments.
• Explain business trends using your analysis and your excellent presentation skills.
• Manage financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis of actuals and provide analysis of underlying drivers based on operational data.
• Full responsibility for all performance management of the staff in your team.

Requirements:

As a person you take responsibility and have an analytical mind with a good sense for numbers and quality. High personal drive, fearless when it comes to challenging status quo and the ability to work independently when needed.

Formal requirements for the role includes:

• Background from Business or Financial control or possibly from an audit or accounting background
• Experience from analysis of large amount of source data and the use of associated tools. Knowledge and interest in data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Proven experience in organizing cost controls for a large multi-functional organization and to drive process efficiency measurements.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain numbers to non-finance professionals.
• Ability to understand the business processes and assist management in change programs. Translation of financial targets to operational KPIs. Preferably, you should have previous experience from an ICT business.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. We automate tasks using macro programming in Excel and drive simplicity and automation in all our processes.
• 3-5 years background as a leader in relevant functions.
