Your responsibilities as Trainee Service Design Manager
Vattenfall IT is the internal IT service Provider with over 1000 employees to provide reliable IT services to the different Business Units in IT. IT Service Management consists of a strategic core group and two international teams (tactical, operational) with members in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands (consisting of portfolio managers, Service Managers, Analysts, Backend office). We are company-wide responsible for the IT SM processes, manage the complete IT SLA portfolio and maintain one common IT Service catalogue. The trainee position will be located in the strategic core team and reporting directly to the department head .
Key responsibilities:
• Investigation and test of new technology trends
• Be part of the journey from IT Demand towards the full implementation of an IT service offering
• Analyze and drive the continuous service improvements and the cost performance to increase the customer satisfaction.
• Support the different team members and functions in their daily operation. .
Your profile as Trainee Service Design Manager

We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree. You are fluent in business English. Skills in other world languages can be a merit. As a Trainee Service Design Manager you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
• (Master) University degree in computer science, civil engineering, finance/economics or similar with IT focus
• Ambitious, self-driven and performance oriented
• Analytic/problem solving
• Collaborative with strong communication skills, social capabilities and leadership potential
• Project management experience will be considered as a merit.

Last day to apply is March 10th 2019. Selection period starts in March/April, followed by interviews in April/May. An assessment is also part of the recruitment process and will take place in May in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be September 2nd 2019.
