Your responsibilities as Trainee Project Manager
Project Management is part of the Business Unit Fuel, Engineering & Projects within Generation at Vattenfall. We are located in Stockholm, Uppsala, Forsmark, Gothenburg and Ringhals and we are about 70 employees. Our staff leads projects within modernisation of nuclear facilities, facilities for handling of radioactive waste, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. We also handle other projects within Vattenfall such as business development and IS/IT projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead or participate in smaller or larger projects
• Contribute to business development
• Participate in project reviews
• Preparing and presenting reports for senior management
Your profile as Trainee Project Manager

We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree. You are fluent in Swedish and business English. Skills in other world languages can be a merit. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization. You identify yourself with our principles: active, open, positive and safe.
As a Trainee Project Manager you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
• Academic degree in Engineering
• A great interest in project management
• Proven leadership skills
• As a person you are communicative, curious and dedicated. You enjoy working with complex assignments both individually and together with others

Last day to apply is March 10th 2019. Selection period starts in March/April, followed by interviews in April/May. An assessment is also part of the recruitment process and will take place in May in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme will be September 2nd 2019.
