In Swedbank, Digital Banking is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions. The organization consists of ~600 employees spread over all our home markets. Digital Banking is a rapidly growing unit and we are quickly becoming one of the most important strategic areas of the Swedbank Group.

In the Daily Banking Payments team we are developing and maintaining the payments and transfers functionality in the internet and mobile bank. The team consists of software engineers, a business analyst, a Scrum Master and an Agile Product Owner giving the team great conditions to work effectively.

In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:

• Together with the Agile Product Owner identify needs from stakeholders and work with requirements
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog
• Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
• Investigate and acceptance test new features for release and report incidents in the common work tool
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
