Would you like to help take Paradox Interactive’s customer life-cycle programs to the next level? We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead our CRM-team in Stockholm to help provide the best experience for our players.
As CRM Manager you will be part of developing and implementing the CRM strategy from the ground up, and responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering seamless and relevant player experiences across all our user touch-points. You will be at the heart of our marketing department, working with a team of product marketing managers as your primary stakeholders. You will lead a team of marketing specialists, working with the shared goal of encouraging players to engage more with Paradox inside and outside of our games.

Location: This position is based in Stockholm
