CRM Manager i Stockholm

Would you like to help take Paradox Interactive’s customer life-cycle programs to the next level? We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead our CRM-team in Stockholm to help provide the best experience for our players.

As CRM Manager you will be part of developing and implementing the CRM strategy from the ground up, and responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value by delivering seamless and relevant player experiences across all our user touch-points. You will be at the heart of our marketing department, working with a team of product marketing managers as your primary stakeholders. You will lead a team of marketing specialists, working with the shared goal of  encouraging players to engage more with Paradox inside and outside of our games.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product marketing teams, identifying opportunities, developing customer lifecycle programs, and ensuring CRM plays a key role in our marketing strategy for each game
  • Lead and develop a team of experts, with responsibility for implementing Paradox CRM strategy across all player touchpoints
  • Managing the customer lifecycle for all Paradox products using a data driven mindset to create an understanding of our players and their evolving needs from a marketing perspective
  • Manage and develop Paradox’s CRM tools sufficiently together with our DevOps department to ensure high quality data management and successful campaigns
  • Find new opportunities to support and ultimately retain our players
  • Evaluate new technologies, methods and applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Define resources, roles and processes for how to develop CRM as an area long term
  • Work together with product marketing managers, data scientists, developers, partners and other stakeholders on a daily basis

 

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience in driving measurable results through customer marketing efforts in an e-commerce and digital environment
  • Experience in leading a cross-functional team of specialists
  • A track record of developing and executing customer lifecycle programs
  • Experience with one or more CRM and Marketing Automation platforms is a must
  • Experience working in the games industry will be considered a strong advantage

Scope: Full time and permanent

Reports to: Head of Player Services & CRM

Location: This position is based in Stockholm
