Techincal Support Analyst Full-time Position for Swedish Speakers in Dublin

As a Technical Support Analyst for one of the biggest IT companies on the market, you will provide support in ensuring that the operations’ delivery upholds all business standards and excellent levels of customer service for business customers. You will work independently and within a team to meet goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Logging, validating and diagnosing customer issues over the phone or email (B2B);
  • Being analytical and troubleshooting any issues to provide solutions by using the relevant tools and systems;
  • Level 1 customer support;
  • Achieve individual and team goals;
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld for cases and calls;
  • Monitor ticket queues and handle tickets appropriately;
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
  • Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation;
  • Accomplish other duties as required;

Permanent full-time contract with CPL Integrated Services working onsite for the client in their Swedish IT Help desk. (40 hours / week, shifts)
