Your future responsibilities
We are corporate entrepreneurs who
push the boundaries of our existing business by searching for the future within
adjacent and transformational innovation in our own innovation lab. From
ideation to testing, we are trying to identify the next big success for Wealth
Management and Nordea and thus we collaborate with many parts of the
organisation to create impactful change. Moreover, we help to contribute
in creating an innovation ecosystem in Nordea and the Nordic economies.
What you’ll
be doing:
- Understand the wealth management and Nordea ecosystem of products and services, and identify new business opportunities
- Facilitate discovery and ideation in the organization and with external partners
- Combine IT, design and business thinking to elaborate, build and test future possibilities
- Contribute to the development of our innovation ecosystem
The role is based in Stockholm or
Copenhagen. Welcome to our team – we are 6 full-time
intrapreneurs in Copenhagen and Stockholm ranging from recently started
graduates to 10+ years of experience, working in the financial and
non-financial sector with start-ups, business and software development. We also
have a large number of students from engineering, design and IT.

Your profile and background:
- A Master’s degree or related education in innovation, e-business, design thinking or related disciplines
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience, e.g. in software development, start-up environment, or similar
- Excellent English language skills and good communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity and creativity
- High self-drive and optimism to push through problems and set-backs
- Structured and organised, attention to details, and meet deadlines
- Flexible and oriented towards change
- Able to work in multi-cultural, deep subject-area expertise, and large corporate environment
