Your future responsibilities
We
collaborate in agile teams consisting of 8-10 people and with a mix of business
and IT-engineering skills in each. The teams are responsible for the
various digital products we offer, such as e.g. trading and advisory services,
through mobile apps and Netbanks.
In
addition, we cooperate intensely with other areas in Nordea to make sure our
customers are provided with a full-fledged banking experience optimized for the
individual needs and wants.
What
you’ll be doing:
- Work with Business Analyst tasks in one of our Agile development teams
- Identify customers' needs and translate those into requirements on digital solutions
The
role is based in Stockholm or Copenhagen. Welcome to a team, where people of

Your profile
and background:
- A Master’s degree or related education
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
- True team-player and cooperative mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent intellectual curiosity and creativity
- Knowledge and/or high interest in the savings, investment and/or pension business domain
- Structured and organized, attention to details
- Flexible and oriented towards change
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in multi-cultural, deep subject-area expertise, and large corporate environment
