We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Insurance & Pension Specialist, in the field of occupational pensions towards our Small and Medium Entrepreneurs.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Nordea Life and Pension Sales, where we ensure that our customers in the SME segment (turnover 2-20 MSEK) receive the best insurance and pension solutions.
 
You will primarily meet the customers digitally by video meetings.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Working proactively with sales and advise of occupational pensions directed to SME customers
  • Maintaining and developing new and existing customers
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction
  • Analyse customer demand needs where you provide and offer quality solutions
  • Pension and insurance proposals based on customer needs
  • Be part of a business team with our stakeholders, Corporate Advisers, who initiates the need of pension meetings
  • Focus on optimizing business results and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Work actively to attract new customers and create new business
The role will be based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team with high ambitions and high business drive. We are currently 15 people and we work in Gothenburg, Sundsvall, Falun and Stockholm.

Your profile and background
 
  • You have experience in Insurance Sales, focusing on Occupational Pensions
  • You have a passion for making business
  • You are an excellent communicator and have strong pedagogical skills
  • Continuously develop your digital competences and professional skills to give the best in class service to our partners and customers
  • You make the complicated simple and take responsibility to achieve set goals
  • Understand new technology and have an agile way of working where you see change as an opportunity
  • You have the ability to see the big picture as well as the details
  • You have excellent collaboration skills
  • This role requires you to be certified by Swedsec and IFU, or equivalent
