You’ll join Banking Technology, where we continuously aim to create and deliver high quality, secure digital services to our customers and internal stakeholders. Banking Technology supports initiatives and technology across the bank, stretching from innovation projects to the core of the core.
We are looking for Graduates to these teams:
- Exploration and Requirements team where you’ll be:
- Translating business needs to operational and software requirements and verify their validity and priority
- Working closely with requirements with focus on customer, added value and risks ensuring that the business wishes and strategies (business requirements) are understood and implemented correctly by the IT-teams
- Acting as a requirement specialist who understands the banking business as well as the beauty of the IT world, detailing requirements and solutions
- Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements, functional as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa

Account Solutions team, where you’ll be:
- Analyzing and understanding Nordea’s business processes
- Designing Core Banking IT solutions for maximum reliability and performance
- Implementing and testing solutions in a complex system landscape
- Taking full lifecycle responsibility for our core system portfolio
The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team that plays a key role in most of Nordeas business processes, and that possesses a tremendous collective experience of banking IT.
Business intelligence and data warehousing teams, where you´ll be:
- Be part of an agile scrum team as a developer, analyst, or data modeler in the field of business intelligence and data warehousing technologies
- Contributing in all the phases of analysis, design and development to deliver attractive and customized dashboards and reports to Nordea business users
- Designing and developing database programs as well as contributing in performance optimization initiatives
- Teaming up with internal colleagues and external partners to improve the application development processes, increases quality, and reduce time to market
