We are looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst. This is opportunity for you to facilitate and support Nordea’s
organization towards harmonization and continuous improvement in Data Lineage.
As Group-level actor you will develop and implement a set of federated
processes that will contribute to Nordea’s success in the Banking Business and
regulatory environment.

Your future responsibilities
In Group Data Quality and Governance, we are responsible
of Group-level Data Quality and Data Traceability processes. We are a team with
an open line to business and we are in charge of developing and implementing
the processes we own.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop Data Lineage processes for Business-, Technical- and Operative Data Lineage
- Implement Data Lineage processes to business
- Contribute to projects’ development, as a subject matter expert
- Support Data Governance and strive for alignment between the different actors and stakeholders
The role is based in Helsinki, Copenhagen

Your profile and
background:
- Competency and experience in understanding process fundaments in data management
- A degree in finance, business or technology related field
- Project Management experience, preferably through certification
- Change management and leadership skills
- Attention to details and ability to understand how it fits in the big picture
- Good communication, analytics and problem-solving skills
