The role of HR is to provide HR services to business units within ABB Sweden. The focus is to drive change, offer the development, support requested and assure strategic HR work for the Swedish group by producing common policies within the HR area.

In this broad and exciting role, you will be executing payroll-related tasks and overseeing maintenance of payroll records and files, as well as responding to inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders and authorities. The position includes close collaboration with your colleagues.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
• Delivering best in class payroll services
• Managing activities related to monthly payroll runs
• Payroll reported reporting to authorities (SCB, AGI, Försäkringskassa etc)
• Account reconciliation and cooperation with the finance department
• Supporting employees and managers with questions related to attendance and absence as well as other payroll related queries
• Participating and leading continuous improvement projects

To succeed in the role, you have an education in relevant field combined with at least two years of experience in similar position, preferably from an international organization. It’s essential that you have very good knowledge of Swedish law and Payroll Legislation, as well as experience in working with collective agreements.

You are proficient in MS Office applications and SAP HR skills are a merit. Since you will be working in a global, multicultural environment, in addition to Swedish, we expect you to be fluent in English as well, written and spoken alike.

On a personal level, you are open minded, analytical and structured, with result-oriented attitude. You are a fast learner with excellent eye for details and ability to prioritize tasks with short deadlines. You contribute with positive and proactive mindset, as well as with the ability to create a good atmosphere.
