Overall role
You will be a part of a team developing a new retail concept. In this role and environment, you will be a key player and can, as an empowered Customer Care Agent, really make a difference if you want to.

We are looking for
  • A person who offers professional Customer Care that comes from the heart
  • Can help build our Customer Care team from the very beginning
  • Will be an ambassador for our Brand
  • Combines an interest of fashion with excellent service skills
  • Creates and implements new ways of working together with the team
  • Takes ownership of their daily work and isn’t afraid of a high paced environment
Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer queries received in our CRM system and also via Social Media. You understand the needs of our customers and will evaluate and improve our processes as we learn. In your role you are charged with developing the Customer Care attitude throughout the business.

To be successful in this role you
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in service or Customer Care where you have matured in that role
  • Have a genuine interest for technology and experience of working in different systems at the same time
  • Fearless of a changing environment where you’re expected to contribute to the changes
  • Communicate in a clear and professional way, both in English and Swedish
As a person you
  • Understand that Customer Care is an attitude
  • Are a strong team player who is straight forward and open minded
  • You like to inspire and motivate those around you
  • Can see the creative potential in a challenge
  • Have an interest in fashion
  • Love and live the H&M values every day
