Online Sales looking for a Product Owner i Stockholm

H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way! We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and currently have e-commerce sites in 47 markets. Our goal is to be the #1 global online fashion destination and the most loved fashion brand in the world, which means we will grow fast in the coming years.

To reach that goal we need strong individuals with a great interest in people, e-commerce and driving sales. We are now looking for a product owner who is interested to join our growth adventure during 2019.

We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Stockholm. As a Product Owner you have responsibility for one part of the customer journey. You will be responsible for develop the tool and a functionality that is a behavior driven application used to select and rank products in recommendation areas, search and product listing pages to maximize sales.

As Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensure that we constantly make maximum use of the possibilities in our platform. This includes:

• Identify business potential
• Gather, develop, evaluate, and prioritize business needs and requirements within the product area
• Clearly identify and describe the product backlog to build a shared understanding of the development need
• Make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items to deliver maximum outcome
• Responsible for the product delivery and act as business “client”
• Support and educate the sales teams in the features of the product and how it impacts our business
• Have close cooperation and communication with key stakeholders on Business and IT, both on receiving and delivery points (Supplier and IT)
  

The initial focus will be on one specific tool/functionality. However, given the fast-changing industry the ownership can eventually shift into other areas and products as well.

• Have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
• Have technical interest and skills
• Have e-commerce (preferable)
  

Location:The position will be based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
