H&M Business Management Program i Stockholm

Do you have a passion for business and leading people? Do you have around 5 years of working experience and your next step is to take on a leadership role where you will be able to have influence on H&M globally?

What you will do

The H&M Business Management Program is created to give you a chance to accelerate into a management position within the controlling function at H&M while learning how we drive our business. During the 18-month program you will get an insight in the H&M value chain by having placements within Global Buying Office, Production, Sales and Online Sales. You will also assume the role as Business Controller by taking responsibility for a section within the Global Buying Office. Furthermore, you will take on projects during the program that will make a true difference for H&M. The program will focus on business and leadership and you will receive leadership training and a mentor that will support your development.

The program will provide you with an invaluable set of skills and experiences that will prepare you for a management position within H&M Business Units.

Who are you

You have approximately 5 years of working experience, for example within consulting, start-ups, retail, controlling, business analysis or similar. Experience from working in an international environment is positive.
