System Responsible to Sales Store i Stockholm

Are you a senior leader ready for a new opportunity in one of our most strategic initiatives, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)? We are now looking for a System Responsible to our RFID solution, this means you’ll have a key role in successfully delivering a high-quality solution.

The Store Stock Application (SSA) area in the Sales Store IT division is responsible for delivering IT services and applications, including RFID, that supports our global Merchandising organization in their work with managing Allocation & Replenishment, Price & Promotion and Sales Analysis.

One of the main goals for the RFID project is to maximize and increase sales by having the right garment in the right sizes in stock which leads to increase sales and customer satisfaction. As a System Responsible you will work across the organization with leaders and project stakeholders to ensure that the solution moves towards set goals.

Your responsibilities

The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Single Point of Contact RFID towards internal areas and stakeholders
• Alignment with the RFID program in:
• Handling new initiatives and projects
• Participate and report in meetings
• Budget and costs
• Close collaboration with principal (external) suppliers:
• Order new or modified functionality
• Reconciliation of Agreements and Purchase Orders
• Participate in status meetings
• Prioritization of backlog
• Follow-up on reported incidents
• Ensuring that deliveries meet the expected quality
• Handover documentation

• Alignment with the Service Portfolio (When the RFID program is in Maintenance)
• Budget responsibility (Forecast, Invoicing, Time reporting and Follow-up
• Responsible for team management (2-4 people) including resource planning
• Release planning
• Reporting to Business stakeholders

• Project and/or team management in a global delivery situation
• Experience in working with external suppliers in joint development deliveries
• Excellent communication skills in speech and writing both in English and Swedish
• Strong skills in facilitating and leading meetings and workshops both internally and externally
• Structure and administration comes naturally for you
• Experience with development of integrated solutions in large enterprise architectures is meriting
• Experience of RFID technical solution is meriting
