• Capture and clarify the strategic intent by using a common framework, and convert strategies into target state architectures and roadmaps in order to support the achievement of business goals
• Identify and categorise of strategic business objectives/requirements and critical success factors and ensure that these are fulfilled by initiatives in order to achieve great customer experiences
• Support business areas, capability owners and design authorities in ensuring that initiatives are aligned to target operating models and roadmaps
• Support operationalizing of the strategy through development of the business architecture artefacts describing as-is and target state architecture, including, for example, business capabilities, business services, value streams and high level business processes, in order to ensure comprehensive and efficient execution of the business strategy

• Provide information, training and tools in relevant aspects of the business architectural discipline and thereby contribute to maturation of architectural thinking in Nordea
• Support and collaborate with business stakeholders and anchor the business architecture in business, in order to focus business architecture on solving business problems and demonstrating clear value add to the business

• Support and contribute to the development of further architectural standards and best practices, and ensure agreed common ways of working and governance processes are followed in all architectural work, in order to improve collaboration, reuse, and efficiency of architecture work across the whole bank

• Proven Business Architecture and Change management experience
• Preferably dual competency; IT and Business experience
• Experience from working with business analysis
• Broad view of business and appreciation for strategy and capabilities, processes, governance and enabling technologies to understand the relevant business objectives and issues
• Ability to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate high-level business requirements for development of changes to existing business processes, polices and/or information systems and the ability to translate the issues and results back to the business and IT teams
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills, where you encourage innovation and manage change
• Ability to build strong relationships, with IT and business managers
• Are a team player with the ability to influence, network and collaborate with both colleagues and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, and you are effective and calm even under pressure
• Consulting background as well as certifications within architecture and TOGAF is also meritable
