We are looking for a dedicated Capital & Risk Analyst within Regulatory Reporting to join and contribute to a dynamic field of critical importance in the international finance industry. The offer
In Regulatory Reporting, we deliver reports to supervisory authorities through efficient processes that meet regulatory requirements, and support analysis related to risk and capital. You will have the role of a Process Owner and be responsible for one or more value streams within Regulatory Reporting. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Motivate and support process teams to meet business goals  
  • Improve performance and mitigate risks  
  • Carry out regulatory reporting to National Competent Authorities (NCAs) and/or European Central Bank, along with analysing and responding to requests 
  • Support different improvement initiatives within the field of regulatory reporting in collaboration with other units in Group Functions Information & Reporting (GFIR) 
  • Drive agile streams within the unit 
  • Share your knowledge and experience with others and contribute to a positive team spirit 
The role is based in Stockholm or Helsinki. We welcome you to a team of all-rounders from varied backgrounds!

Your background: 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience within relevant fields, such as finance or banking 
  • Academic degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar 
  • Strong stakeholder management 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Professional skills in Microsoft Excel
