We are looking for a highly passionate administrator that wants to join our team Insurance & Pension Specialist. We work in the field of occupational pensions towards our Small and Medium Entrepreneurs.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Nordea Life and Pension Sales, where we ensure that our customers in the SME segment (turnover 2-100 MSEK) receive the best insurance and pension solutions.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Together with Insurance Specialists ensure great customer experience
  • Helping Insurance Specialists with administration
  • Set new and effective processes
  • Ensure a good solution for the customer by customer contact
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction
The role will be based in Gothenburg. Welcome to a team with high ambitions and high business drive.

  • You have experience within administration
  • We see it as an advance if you have experience within insurances

  • You take responsibility and you feel ownership
  • Understand new technology and have an agile way of working where you see change as an opportunity
