Instabox is a tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We think it should be easy to shop online and offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We want our customers to be able to shop from any of our 20 e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our 200 smart boxes - all in the same day. Does this sound too good to be true? Might sound so, but it is all possible by the fact that we are developing our own software. 

Instabox is a fast growing company and we are now looking for driven Developers who want to be part of our journey - breaking new land within the fields of e-commerce and logistics. As a startup we are building our own systems and products from scratch, using modern technology for our cost-effective delivery method. Since we are developing our own technology we can control everything from architecture to technology choices. We break new ground on a daily basis and the aim has been set high.

Job Description

For our Consumer Facing team, we are looking for an Android Developer who think it is fun to create useful applications and services which all contribute to a great customer experience. Together with our Designers and Product Managers you will design the parts of our product that are faced to our Android users. As an Android Developer you will have the opportunity to have a great impact in how the consumer application works. 

You will be a part of our expanding IT- and Product Developing team, consisting of 9 developers, designers and Product Managers and you will report directly to CTO.

Who are we looking for?

• You love to code and think it is fun with design and to create materials with a high finish.
• It is an advantage if you have a Bsc or Msc in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years experience as an iOS Developer where you have developed products and worked with usability. 
• It is an advantage if you also has been working in Nodejs, Electron, Python, Reactjs and or Angularjs.
• Good English skills, oral and written. 

As a person you like to take own initiatives and to work result-oriented. You have good analytical and problem solving skills - always striving to finding new solutions. You are a driven team player that enjoys working but also to have fun while doing it. Design and GUI are great interests of yours and you are detail-oriented in your work. 

As Instabox is a fast-moving company, you should like to learn new things and not be afraid exploring new areas. Working for a startup company, you should be comfortable in a flexible and fast-paced organization.
