At Mondido we work to simplify and improve global e-commerce. Our SME team play an essential role in this effort, approaching and partnering with new merchants and forming alliances with future partners. We are now looking for an outstanding Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
Your task will be to contact e-commerce entrepreneurs and offer Mondido's services. The approach will vary from contacting new customers to taking inbound calls from existing customers, with a focus on top notch onboarding experience. We focus on building relationships by providing quality service. As a successful Account Manager, you’ll need to be attentive and good at analyzing customer’s needs and providing them with a solution enabling them to grow their business.
