ATS Product Management & Verification (EAV) is a Section within Autonomous Systems Department (EA). Our mission is to Lead and Quality Assure Deliveries for Autonomous Systems.
We are now looking for a manager, responsible for “Autonomous Vehicle Management” who want to help us shape the new group within the section. This group is responsible for the coordination of vehicles used by the department (e.g. development-, demo- & pilot vehicles), including cross functional interfaces and the development of processes & methods to be used.

You will have a mix of tasks in terms of recruitment, competence development, coaching of employees, supporting improvement work both within the group, section and cross functionally. You also support the teams in their collaboration with other teams as well as other key stakeholders within and outside of the department.
You will work closely with the other managers within the department, as well as contribute to the section management team work such as strategical planning and organization development.
