Your work assignments
Engineering Shafts and Shot peening within Transmission Machining, now has an open position where we are looking for a Pre Process engineer to join our group. Today the group consists of eleven people with an interesting mix of different backgrounds and experiences. Our group consists of two teams, one team of Pre Process engineers and the other team with Project managers, lead by one Team leader each.

What profile do we believe you have?
As a Pre Process engineer for shafts you will work very close to the R&D- Powertrain development, the Powertrain Production- Transmission Manufacturing as well as the colleagues in the group. You will also work close with external suppliers and partners, both nationally and internationally.
The role includes having a central role in the development process from design to manufacturing. You will work with high demands and expectations regarding:
We work with cutting machining, heat treatment and shot peening. We continuously work with many new manufacturing processes when our strategic products are developed, designed and put into operation.
You will have a broad network of contacts within the company as well as with external suppliers and partners, both nationally and internationally.
The office is located in Södertälje, but the position will involve some travel in connection with your role in machine investment projects.
