This is the job....

Tele2 IoT is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (TL) to join and lead a software development team located in Sweden. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Engineering and play an important part in forming and developing the future of Tele2 IoT’s products and services.

We’re adopting agile ways of working at Tele2 IoT, including establishing a strong DevOps culture. You like leading and coaching software development teams to deliver cutting edge, easy-to-use software services of high quality together with the team.

Key responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain cutting edge products
• Perform follow-ups and development of your coworkers
• Ensure that feedback and ideas from the Software Engineering team find its way to product roadmaps
• Maintain strong relationships with our internal stakeholders
• Share knowledge through the team and company
• Help your team to adopt agile working

The Engineering team

• Responsible for developing high-quality software for management and integration of IoT solutions
• Consists of software developers, software architects
• Part of the Product Lifecycle - Creating hypothesis products, prototypes to establish the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to validate with customers and partners
• Designing full product/feature designs and overall architecture
• Developing features from beta through to general availability and support the DevOps model to maintenance

This is what you have...

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience building applications and services with Java technologies
• Strong experience with Spring Framework
• Proficiency in UI technologies: JavaScript (ReactJS or Angular), HTML, CSS
• Proficiency in developing REST APIs
• Extensive experience in Linux
• Cloud platforms and/or cloud services development
• Strong social and communicative skills (fluent in spoken and written English)
• Positive and optimistic attitude
• Creative and innovative approach to challenges and problems
• A natural tendency to cooperate and collaborate

It would be great if you have...

• Deep understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure, as advantage consider knowledge of AWS
• Experience building applications with Node.js technologies
• Team leading experience within similar areas
• M2M / IoT service experience
• IP Networking experience
• Software security knowledge
