IS Delivery Managers i Malmö

We are looking for two Delivery Managers for our Malmö Office.

Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to create and run a team of badass agile developers located in Malmö but working for the Scandinavian business lines. The team assignment is to provide application development, solution management as well as maintenance to Business and the IT organisation. Your team will be supporting both operational plan as well as business plan, with the purpose of ensuring successful and continuous delivery of high quality IT solutions.

Obviously, you have an ambition and ability to maintain the high ambition level of BAU as well as enabling strategic and tactical projects, taking RSA Scandinavia to the next level by ensuring and enabling quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery, both in the long- and short-term view.

Are you the one who turns off the light at night and turns it on in the morning? Then you might not be what I’m looking for, I’m looking for a manager that sets up a delivery organisation that is working in a highly agile way creating autonomous teams that takes the end to end responsibility, making your life simple.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support IS & Change in delivery of successful and efficient high quality IT solutions in a timely manner using agile principles.
  
• Lead and manage several different tasks in the field of delivery, with regard to personnel, budget and daily operations.
  
• Manage IS and project demand and prioritize work according to the guiding principles agreed in the IS & Change roadmap and Target Operating Model.
  
• In a collaborative way work together and support our implementation partners.
  

You will report to the IS Delivery Director.

Candidate Profile

You fully embrace RSA Scandinavia Leaders' Guiding Principles and Brand Beliefs. You have the ability and power to push through changes by being independent, proactive and result-oriented. You have previous experience from managing change and IT deliveries in a matrix organisation. Building effective relationships and communication is natural for you with solid leadership background in prior roles.

Professional

• Proven experience and track record of deliveries to the business functions or with IT department.
  
• Solid IT and change process experience
  
• Experience in planning and using technology to support business transformation.
  
• Technology based managerial career, ideally in a multi-national environment.
  
• Good understanding of the project lifecycle and the different challenges that comes with deliver IT Projects.
  
• Good business understanding
  
• Being a certified ninja will give extra points

Relevant academic back-ground in Informatics and finance is required, fluent written and spoken English is a must.

The role is based in Malmö but some travelling will be required.
