We are looking for experienced risk professionals with deep fraud risk subject matter knowledge and expertise. This is an opportunity for you to join a new second line of defense team, dedicated to controlling the management of fraud risk across Nordea.

Your future responsibilities
Our team is responsible for overseeing and controlling how Nordea's first line of defense identifies and manages fraud risks, in all areas of the business, globally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing a comprehensive picture of Nordea's fraud risk management controls
- Maintaining strong subject matter expertise of fraud risk
- Planning and executing independent control assurance work in relation to fraud risk controls, including making recommendations for control improvements
- Producing high quality written reports to Nordea's senior leadership, Board of Directors, and regulators
- Developing and managing a robust stakeholder network
The role can be based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm or Oslo. We're a brand new team, with the mandate to control fraud and physical security risk management across the bank.

Your profile and background:
- Extensive fraud risk management experience
- Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and challenging mindset
- Happy and secure working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience interacting with colleagues and senior managers across complex organisations
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Ideally a professional fraud risk management qualification or certification
- Excellent written and spoken English
