Agile Product Owner Marketing Automation System i Stockholm

You will be an APO (Agile Product Owner) for the Marketing Automation System implementation (Pega Marketing) and improvements through the Swedbank home markets - Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

You will not only "own" the product development strategy and day to day backlog, you will be working with stakeholders across the organization in transforming it to utilize data and analytics for marketing automation. You are the bridge between business and product - ensuring that the business requirements are met; never losing track of the underlying customer.

To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about the field and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about marketing automation, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences. You are a positive and prestigeless person, that enjoy high pace.

The role also requires:

• Experience in implementing and/or running Marketing Automation system in organizations with large customer base;
• Fluent in agile methodology;
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Civil Engineering or IT;
• Structured thinking, self-motivation and ability to work with complex/unclear issues
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, ability to
• visualize and document requirements;
• Ability to work cross border and travel;
• Be able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech
