Business area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

As part of Customer Value Communication Swedish Banking you will join us in transforming from working with ad-hoc one off campaigns towards a data driven approach connected to customer life event based journeys. As Marketing Automation Manager you work with ensuring a customer insight and data driven approach to proposition (Campaigns and Next Best Actions), securing proposition logics in and between different channels as well as verification and continuous monitoring and optimization of propositions.

Main responsibilities are;

  • Cooperate closely with Marketing Journey Managers and Marketing Concept Managers to describe customer life event journeys, product journeys and corresponding customer needs, and suitable propositions, with focus on customer data selections/estimates and proposition logics in channels
  • Responsible for refinement of proposition opportunities and ongoing optimization
  • Act as revision manager and monitor, evaluate test results and adjust logic to improve results
  • Perform high level evaluation of incoming proposition suggestions to verify input given, identify high level data needs, needs for new predictive models and potential restrictions
  • Perform proposition ROI calculations

What you need to succeed

You are passionate about customer data and creating great customer experience designing logic and flow for propositions in an Omni-channel environment. You understand what drives value for the specific customer and the business and you have the drive to make things happen.

We think that you have a background within economics and/or in Marketing automation and competence in data visualization. You have deep customer data understanding, linking data driven insights to customer propositions, understanding campaign flows in an omnichannel environment. Experience from QlikSense, Adobe analytics or similar and deep excel knowledge. Adding on a prestige less and positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.

Being fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral is a must. Experience from Marketing automation in B2B segment is an advantage.

Marketing Automation Specialist/Manager, CRM Program Manager, CRM specialist, Business Analyst or similar.
