Client Coverage promotes a client team model characterized by a proactive approach. The Client Executive, organized by sector and geographical status, is the leader of the client team, assisted by the Client Analyst, where the Client Executive gathers relevant specialists around each client according to the Client Centric way of working.

Institutional Clients has the overall responsibility for managing the client relationship and co-ordinating activities across products and services for insurance companies, asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, mortgage institutions and other credit institutions.

Client Executive - Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Delivering whole of Swedbank to clients, cross selling cross all asset classes
  • Developing and managing senior client relationships
  • Creating and maintaining long term profitability and client satisfaction in client team portfolio
  • Setting risk levels and mitigate credit losses for client portfolio
  • Law & order, making sure all relevant documentation in place for client portfolio
  • Case generating capability towards client portfolio
  • Leading client teams as proactive chairman

What you need to succeed
  • Minimum 10 years of experience at senior level in the financial industry
  • General knowledge of the total bank product offering, with required understanding of trading capital market products
  • A broad network at senior level in the institutional client base
  • Proven track record of successful business relationships within this segment
  • Clear initiative and drive
  • Strong selling skills, analytical skills and strategic attitude
  • Understanding of Credit risks
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Prior experience as either Client Executive towards institutional clients and/or successful track record as Fixed income, Credit or FX sales is highly valued
