As Product Owner, you will be in close interaction with business development and clients' discussions on product implementation, delivering solutions with high quality and speed. You will discuss solutions with architects and work with business analysts to write and prioritize requirements in the product backlog. At Textual we use a Scrum process and you will work in close collaboration with the System and R&D teams by playing a key role to prioritize the tasks. 

Responsibilities

• To refine requirements from the clients into detailed technical tasks
• Function as an interface between client business and development teams
• Synchronize client requirements to standard product
• Prioritize the product backlog
• Resource management
• Recruiting and hiring
• Lead delivery of solution with quality and speed 

We think that you have sound technical knowledge with clear and compelling communication skills. We also think that you have great skills in prioritizing task with a strong drive to deliver. In order to succeed in the role as Product Owner, it is important that you share our appreciation of transparency and are willing to share stories, knowledge and experience for the benefit of the team  Furthermore we think that you have great skills in leadership with the ability to influence, coach and motivate team members.  It is also important that you are willing to take a stand for what you believe in and always try to deliver with the end goal in mind. 

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrate a variety of leadership skills; technical and social
• Structured with great ability to prioritize tasks
• Agile methodologies
• Software development
• Basic knowledge in testing
• Requirement gathering 

Meritorious and nice to have
