We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our journey in taking our talent management to the next level. You have a broad experience within the HR area and understand that a fast-growing company where there is constant change cannot be operated with a standard formula. We are around 430 employees globally. In this position, you will work in close cooperation with our managers (mainly based in Sweden) who you will coach and give operational support in connection with the whole employee journey. You will deliver great results to the business through a matrix organization.
You will be part of a close-knit team of currently eight dedicated HR professionals; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR admin. You will be part of driving and executing on our people plan and delivering results together with your colleagues in the HR team.
