HR Business Partner i Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our journey in taking our talent management to the next level. You have a broad experience within the HR area and understand that a fast-growing company where there is constant change cannot be operated with a standard formula. We are around 430 employees globally. In this position, you will work in close cooperation with our managers (mainly based in Sweden) who you will coach and give operational support in connection with the whole employee journey. You will deliver great results to the business through a matrix organization.

You will be part of a close-knit team of currently eight dedicated HR professionals; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR admin. You will be part of driving and executing on our people plan and delivering results together with your colleagues in the HR team.

Responsibilities

• You will establish a trusted partnership with the managers and support them to retain, develop and motivate people
• Coach managers to build leadership capabilities
• You are the Comp & Ben specialist within our team
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement
• Partner with and support the talent acquisition team to hire some of the best talents out there
• Execute on the people plan

Required qualifications

• A broad experience within the HR area, preferably as an HR Specialist or HR Business Partner, with knowledge of all HR functions and best practices
• Experience in working with Comp & Ben processes and number analysis
• Working knowledge and prior experience of Swedish labor law, including union relations
• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
