The People & Change organization is a united team of high impact HR professionals providing strategic HR advisory and operational HR support services in three main functions; Business Advisory, HR Specialist Advisory and HR Support Services. Talent Supply & Development at Tele2 is a specialist function focused on Employer branding, Diversity, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Talent development, succession management and employee engagement.
We are now looking for a driven and ambitious individual to support our inhouse recruitment function and join our Talent Acquisition team.
Role Description
In your role as a Recruitment Coordinator your mission is to make sure we hire the best talent possible to Tele2. You will play an important role in the team and will have the possibility to work both hands-on with recruitment and furthermore develop your administrative skills.
Your responsibilities include:
Hands-on recruitment, screen candidates and perform phone interviews
Coordinate interviews and perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment processes
Administrate contracts and make sure our candidate experience are world class
Provide great service to hiring managers involved in recruitment and manage ad hoc situations related to recruitment activities
Your role is roughly composed of 50% hands-on recruitment and 50% administrative tasks. We are constantly developing our recruiting system and your input on the administrative part are important.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and want to take the opportunity to learn and develop within the field. You are a fast learner who thrives in a flexible and dynamic environment where change is constant. You are highly organized, have an eye for details and understands that a good structure is essential for success in the role. Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels, both internally and externally.

We believe you have a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent education within the field but your passion to work within Talent Acquisition are the true key to success in this role.

The position is located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm. This is temporary position for 6 months.
