For our Customer Service Centre in Borås, Sweden, we are looking for a Team Leader with excellent level in the Finnish language. This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract.


H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Today Customer Service has around 3000 employees globally and has established 9 Customer Contact Centres around the world, so far.

 

WE WANT YOU to be the direct manager for a group of Customer Service Agents at our Customer Service Centre in Borås, Sweden.

The job of TEAM LEADER comes with lots of responsibilities – and lots of fun! Your main responsibility is to lead, support and develop your Customer Service Agents and to coach them in their daily work and tasks. 

 

Your responsibilities

Being a strong leader, leading by example and driving toward goals whilst developing
     yourself and others

Constantly improving the overall performance of your Agents using feedback and coaching

Being focused on customer value and providing the best solutions for our customers

Keeping yourself and your agents up to date with policies and procedures

Planning, working towards and achieving goals

Making decisions that benefit our customers, colleagues and the business

Creating an inspiring environment where excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction go hand in hand

Identifying future talents and developing colleagues to provide a succession pipeline

 

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, you are a sales-minded, social, open and ambitious team player full of optimism and with a strong focus on customer value. Your personal qualities also include:

Have at least 2 years of staff liability/leadership experience

Good organizational skills and ability to work under your own direction

The ability to prioritize and plan ahead for our colleagues, business and customers

Being fair, empathetic and committed to both the business and the wellbeing of our colleagues

Being adaptable and flexible to change

Being a good role model and living up to the values we work with at H&M

A problem solver who focuses on solutions, proposing new routines and decision making

A team player who is open minded and can communicate clearly

Ability to cope with a high workload

Good computer literacy

Excellent level in Finnish, both spoken and written, and good level in English
