Architect i Sundbyberg

Release & Delivery Management is a department responsible for IT delivery at Swedbank Försäkring. We are organized in cross functional agile teams responsible for all aspects of our IT landscape from operations and maintenance to development.

Together with the team architects and the teams you will be involved in the development process from start to finish. In the role you will be responsible for supporting development activities by identifying required architectural work and supporting teams in creating the architecture.

Another duty is to perform governance activities and ensure that development initiatives follow established development processes and that those initiatives align with long term targets.

You will mainly interact with team managers, Agile product owners, scrum master, business analysts, application specialists, and architects within other domains. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and create great value for our customers.

You are a committed architect with a good grip of architecture concepts, patterns and ways of working. You also have good experience from working within an Enterprise environment in a large organization. As a person you need to be a communicative team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are a problem solver who gets motivated by new responsibilities.

• You need at least 8 years of experience with IT Development
• Experience in models, method and tools used within architecture work
• Experience from the insurance business is meriting
• Excellent ability to document and communicate architectural solutions, decisions, solutions and patterns
• Experience from working in larger enterprise environment
• Knowledge of common architecture frameworks and specifications
• Good knowledge of technologies used within enterprise application landscapes (APIs, integration methods, etc)
  
  

Competence and experiences

Academic degree in engineering, computer science or any other relevant discipline is required to take on this role. As a person you are structured, able to prioritize and have good communication skills.
