You will be a part of a unit that is enabling data-driven analysis and automated pro-active communication with our customers. Your contribution will be an important part of the digital transformation of Swedbank, using data to describe why, how, when and where we can create customer value.
You will be responsible for the self-service analytics backlog, including development of the Qlik platform, to provide different business areas in the bank with relevant customer information and insights to act upon. Examples of current self-services are CAT (for customer base analysis and selections), dashboards for follow-up and CRM result analysis. Currently most work is done within Sweden but we have started to use the capabilities also in the Baltic countries.
The platform is work in progress and you will be leading and enabling the agile development in the team, continuously updating the roadmap, prioritizing the backlog and managing the stakeholder's expectations.
An important part of your work is to identify minimum viable products (MVP) and their features in cross-functional collaborations with the team and stakeholders. You are also ensuring that maintenance and life-cycle aspects are included in the prioritization.
