Your responsibilities as IT Project Manager
You will be in the driver seat to run IT-projects for a Fossil Free Future. Freedom for professional and personal development as you are in charge of projects. Key responsibilities:
• In charge for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects, ensuring consistency with organization strategy, commitments, and goals.
• You will ensure business value through delivery of projects within given frames.
Your profile as IT Project Manager
We are looking for recent graduates holding an academic degree as well as young talents with no more than 3 years of working experience. You are fluent in English both oral and written. Furthermore, you are willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization. Of course you identify yourself with our principles: active, open, positive and safe.
As a person you are a brilliant networker, you know how to involve and align with people around you in order to drive forward. You are a critical thinker, fast learner, always with one ear on the ground to catch up new IT developments. We are looking for a person with excellence performing mindset. You are a driver of new digitalization.
As a Project Manager you recognize yourself in the following qualifications:
• You hold a University Degree within the area of IT, Project Management

Vattenfall IT Young Talents Program is the kickstart of your IT-career within Vattenfall. In the program you will have the opportunity to visit different areas and countries within our IT-organization including Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland. There are planned weeks for both your own personal development and internal courses from our Vattenfall Management Institute on leadership in Vattenfall. Also a hackathon, huddles and longer assignments will be part of our program. Each position comes with a competitive salary and an excellent remuneration package.
