Om tjänsten

As a Scrum Master at JFTW you will be engaged in our game development from design stage up until final release and maintenance. Your role is to drive continuous improvement for the scrum processes and team dynamics, ensuring our teams run efficiently and at a sustainable pace. You will help to identify bottlenecks and support our teams to deliver within deadlines with good quality and engagement.

All Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Main Responsibilities

• Learning and sharing about Agile techniques
• Help the teams define, understand, take ownership of, and improve the products
• Facilitating scrum ceremonies and demos
• Constantly improve the dialogue between the different team members
• Ensure that the teams keep their deadlines and deliverables 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Practical and theoretical experience in Agile principles
• Great communication and coaching skills
• Passion for agile and lean ways of working
• Passionate about creating a great place to work
• Fluent English 

Beneficial 

• Experience as Scrum master
• Experience making games
