We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead complex Business Intelligence projects. Are you up for the challenge?
In the service area Business Intelligence (Business data analytics) at H&M IT we develop BI solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions. The demand for BI solutions is high and is expected to grow as the need for decision support is increasing in most business functions and key development areas.
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for BI pre-studies, development projects and business change management. As a Project Manager at BI you will be a part of shaping the future of Business Intelligence and analytics at H&M IT, to support global business development. You will work with the Project office team at BI and continuously be involved in the BI planning activities.
Your main responsibilities, depending on your current project at hand, include producing project definitions and plans for resources, time and budget etc. and lead project groups and activities. You handle dependencies to other systems and secure hand over to the maintenance organization. In pre-studies, you define business and IT requirements, BI solution alternatives/recommendations and implementation plans. You will collaborate with different stakeholders from both business and IT such as service area responsible, IT service responsibles, program management and steering groups.

- Experience from leading complex pre-studies/investigations and projects
- Knowledge about the development process including requirement and architecture, preferably within Business Intelligence/Business analytics
- Experience of working with many different stakeholders, within business and IT, and find it easy to build relations with different kind of people
- Preferably good knowledge about business processes such as purchasing, sales, marketing, production, logistics among others
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, in English and Swedish
- Agile methods
