We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the Cash Management (CM) Customer Service team in Sweden.
This is an opportunity for you to service and develop the daily Cash Management relationships with the largest and most demanding corporate customers in Nordea. You’ll have your own customer portfolio for which you have the responsibility for the daily operational agenda and the customer satisfaction.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join CM Customer Service, where the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Our purpose is to provide world class service and deliver great customer experience to Nordea's Wholesale customers. We focus on our customers' Cash Management needs and ensure that they receive optimal service and advice.
What you will be doing:
Be responsible for a customer portfolio
Provide excellent customer service via daily contact by mail and phone regarding daily business inquiries and actively suggest and drive improvements to improve customer satisfaction
Support in building the team’s capabilities, mindset and ambitions to secure delivery

Your profile and background:
Passionate about customer service and have a positive mindset
Excellent team working skills and high level of flexibility
Ability to prioritize by importance
Experience in Cash Management would be considered an advantage
Great interest in developing yourself and others
Academic degree in Business/Finance
Experience in sales is an advantage
Interest in digitalisation and new technology
Professional communications skills - Including professional skills in English & Swedish
