Your future responsibilities
 
You’ll join Group Data Management Office (GDMO), Risk & Regulatory Data Implementation team, where we are responsible for the Group-wide execution of risk and regulatory data initiatives across Nordea, focusing on requirements from BCBS239 (Risk Data Aggregation & Risk Reporting) and Targeted Review of Internal Models (TRIM). 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Lead one or more of the Data Governance roll-out streams which takes RDARR and TRIM IRB related data assets and critical data elements under governance 
  • Perform status reporting to COOs, COOEM etc.  
  • Support the BAs/GFs implementation by establishing understanding of the overall scope/deliverables, roadmap, deadlines, requirements etc. 
  • Ensure aligned implementation plans and milestones in BAs/GFs and monitor the status of the work performed by the accountable BA/GF COO and driver 
  • Facilitate that guidelines, tools, methods, SOPs etc. supports the data governance roll-out works well 
  • Participate in understanding new regulatory requirements and translating them into what it means for Nordea 
  • Support and engage in achieving the overall Data Strategy for Nordea 
The role is based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki. Welcome to a newly established Nordic team which together with other teams in GDMO support and monitor the execution of selected risk and regulatory data related initiatives across Nordea.

Your profile and background:
 
Ideally, you hold good insight on banking from working in one or more Business Area and/or Group Functions, have experience in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements, as well as hands – on experience with data governance and data quality.  
 
Other qualifications and qualities needed are:

  • Facilitation and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proactive, self driven and results oriented approach 
  • Master’s degree
